Mark Dube only works on Sub-Zero appliances, and this is clearly reflected in his work. He knew my refrigerator inside and out. He did not charge the diagnostic fee (which was a mandatory $135 with the top distributor’s service recommended through Sub-Zero). He was able to correctly diagnose the problem over the phone, which he verified when he showed up. He was prompt, showing up within seconds of when he said he’d be there. He was professional, explaining anything I had questions about, and his service was top notch. He was a really nice guy, his work was top quality, and I would not hesitate calling him next time I need service on my refrigerator, or recommending him to anyone who needs Sub-Zero service.

Our refrigerator and freezer had stopped working. We called in the evening, and he responded early the next morning, pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. By 8:20am the problem was fixed. He replaced the master power switch, which had failed. He was reasonably priced, professional, cleaned up some water he found under the refrigerator. We would definitely recommend!
